  1. Noah Joubert: +Hanabi Hey there Hanabi, I really recommend trying to make your own paper. I struggled to find cheap paper to use for a long time, I was buying most of mine from the origami-shop.com which is very expensive. I then started making my own Tissue-Foil and it was so much easier and cheaper then I thought. It's perfect for Complex Models and made using house hold items; tissue paper, aluminium foil and some spray glue! Check out Robert J Langs tutorial on his website.
  2. Hanabi: +JM's Origami Tutorials thanks, ive just been making do with cartolina, since its bigger than 50cmx50cm and reliable enough that it doesnt get worn out that easily after a few trial and error process. it works but the complex models i have made it with becomes rather thick during the folding process. the color also sticks on my fingers after an extended period of folding and its abit scary when it feels like the pressure of the thickness could rip 10 hours of folding work. luckily it hasnt so far. im still searching for the suppliers of those high quality paper bags that i see in convenience stores, it looks like high quality and thin kraft paper. im thinking about trying tracing paper and pattern paper as well that is quite available around here. thanks for the tip i will try wrapping paper as well, i did see huge wrapping paper rolls but i thought in a quick glance that it might be rather thick, ill get a closer look next time i visit.

  10. Hanabi: thats an interesting model, ill think about doing that~ do you know a common place to get quality paper that is huge and thin for complex origami locally? or you buy it abroad/online? where if there is a local store. man its hard to find one in the philippines.
  11. Springtrap: They literally have spend the first 13 minutes folding the paper over and over again, back and forth.
  12. Vicino Orsini: Very nice model, I made it with 25x25 kami and the details turned out fine at first try. Looks just like the video and the colour scheme is stunning
