La publication est accompagnée de deux photos de Su-34 prises à l’aide d’un viseur de nuit à imagerie thermique.
L'armée belge a ajouté qu'en un mois elle avait effectué 109 vols de patrouille, soit au total 191 heures de vol, et huit interceptions. Il n’a pas été précisé dans quel but la partie belge avait surveillé le vol des aéronefs russes.
La composante air belge avait annoncé avoir dépêché le 17 septembre ses chasseurs engagés dans la mission Baltic Air Policing (BAP) pour escorter des appareils russes de type Tu-160 et Su-27 au-dessus de la mer Baltique.
En commentant l’incident, la Défense russe avait fait savoir que deux bombardiers stratégiques Tu-160 avaient effectué un vol au-dessus des eaux neutres de la mer Baltique.
Et de préciser que les appareils avaient été escortés par les forces aériennes belge, danoise, polonaise, suédoise et finlandaise.

2-US Army : des parachutistes de pacotille!
Les opérations aéroportées ne se passent pas toujours comme prévu. Et les parachutistes de la 4e Brigade relevant de la 25e Division d’Infanterie de l’US Army viennent d’en donner un nouvel exemple.
En effet, cette unité basée en Alaska a été sollicitée pour tenir le rôle de force adverse dans le cadre de manœuvres organisées à Camp Shelby au Mississippi et appelées « Operation Arctic Anvil ».
Ainsi, dans la nuit du 2 au 3 octobre, les parachutistes de la 4th Infantry Brigade Combat Team ont embarqué à bord de trois avions C-130 Hercules, « avec un préavis minimal, comme pour un déploiement d’urgence. »
Seulement, l’exercice, mené de nuit, a mal tourné puisque, selon CNN, au moins 23 parachutistes [sur 87] ont été blessés lors de ce saut, qui s’est terminé dans une forêt de pins, à 400 mètres environ de la zone prévue.
Certains d’entre eux sont restés accrochés à des arbres tandis que d’autres se sont blessés en arrivant brutalement au sol.Tous ont été pris en charge par les équipes médicales avant d’être admis à l’hôpital le plus proche. Et quatre d’entre-deux sont encore hospitalisés pour des fractures.

3-Nord Stream 2 : si le Danemark disait non?
Si le Danemark refusait le passage du gazoduc Nord Stream 2 sur son territoire, le coût total du projet ainsi que ses délais de mise en service, seraient augmentés car les autres options seront appliquées, selon le ministre russe de l’Énergie.
Le coût du gazoduc russe Nord Stream 2 va connaître une augmentation si le Danemark n’accepte pas son passage dans sa zone économique exclusive, selon le ministre russe de l’Énergie Alexandre Novak.
Il a confié dans une interview accordée à la radio russe Business FM qu’il y a encore une chance d’obtenir l’accord du Danemark pour la construction du gazoduc.
À son tour, le porte-parole de l'Agence danoise de l'énergie (DEA), Ture Falbe-Hansen, a confié à Sputnik que les délais exacts d’examen de la demande pour le gazoduc n’étaient pas encore connus.
Toutefois, il a ajouté que Copenhague, pour le moment, penchait plutôt pour la route sud-est pour le Nord Stream 2.
